Build Scan, reimagined.
The crucial one: a ground-up ideation of Develocity’s Build Scan. One dark canvas where deprecations, timeline, performance, projects and dependencies read as a single story — alerts on the right, the story down the middle, every number one click from its cause. Prototyped end to end; scrub through the concept below.
This one never shipped — my team designed, built and validated the concept, but it was still unimplemented by the time I left the company. It tested very well with current Develocity users: consistently rated a clear step up in experience, with sessions ending in “when can I have this?”

A storefront built for speed.
The full redesign and rebrand, shipped: Gradle Technologies is now Develocity, and gradle.com is now develocity.ai — this is the live site.
We recently rebuilt the site end to end on a web design system made for the AI era — tokens, components and AI skills wired to plug straight into platforms like Anthropic’s Claude and Figma’s Claude MCP integration. Describe the page and the system supplies the pattern, the tokens keep it on brand, and a concept becomes a shippable layout in hours, not sprints.

DPE University is Gradle’s free school for Developer Productivity Engineering — course player, learning paths and events, designed in two phases from MVP to the platform engineers actually finish. Light UI, patient typography, and the elephant as your professor.

KrAIdle. One theme to build them all.
The design system behind everything you just scrolled: KrAIdle — Kradle, with an AI twist in the middle. We built and optimized it to work seamlessly with Claude AI: the theme kit floating here, plus the tokens, components and skills that generate new designs in our visual language at 10× the old speed — without sacrificing design quality.
